WGN molding taps are designed for plastic molding of threads in materials such as steel and stainless steel with a tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa, non-ferrous metals.
The longest service life is typical for tools with SR lubrication grooves and internal coolant supply channels.
The tool is made of HSSE-PM steel obtained by powder metallurgy technology, which guarantees a homogeneous structure that contributes to high wear resistance.
